Catholics Mobilizing Network presents a workshop on the death penalty and Catholic teachings August 26 at 7:00 PM in St. Andrew’s multipurpose room. The presenter, Sarah Craft, is the state campaign organizer for Equal Justice, USA. This FREE 2 hour workshop discusses Catholic social teachings on the death penalty and suggests how to talk with other Catholics about the death penalty. Catholics Mobilizing Network to End the Use of the Death Penalty is a national organization co-founded by Sister Helen Prejean. It works closely with the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops. Please go to, to learn more and to join us. There is NO membership fee.
